- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase or booking, along with the relevant details.

- Booking Cancellations: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns: If you purchased a physical product from our facilities and wish to return it, you have 15 business days to do so, as long as the product is in perfect condition.
- Classes or Services: If a class or service is canceled by Bellamar Pádel, you will be offered the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
Pricing and Billing
All prices for our products and services are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a payment receipt via email. If you need an invoice, you can request one by emailing facturacion@bellamar.com.
Consumer Rights
At Bellamar Pádel, we respect your rights as a consumer. If you encounter any issues with your purchase or booking, you can contact our customer service team to resolve any concerns.
Additionally, as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not started or the product has not been used. To exercise this right, you can send us an email at info@bellamar.com.

Bellamar Pádel will not be liable for direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of the products or services purchased, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.
The company is not responsible for delays or non-compliance due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as technical problems, adverse weather conditions, or interruptions in third-party services.
